Thank you for shopping with Jellykin!
Because all of our bags are handmade and made-to-order, our shipping process has two distinct phases: production time and delivery time.
Production Time (Handmade-to-Order Process)
All Jellykin bags are crafted individually by our artisans.
Our current production timeline is:
- 2-3 weeks for crafting and quality inspection
- Production begins within 48 hours of placing your order
- If your item is marked as pre-order, it follows the same handmade timeline.
We do not mass-produce inventory. Each bag is created especially for you.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, orders ship via our trusted carriers:
- USA Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Canada Shipping: 7-14 business days
- International: 5-12 business days
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order leaves our studio.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using the following carriers depending on the destination:
- UPS
- USPS
- DHL (for select international shipments)
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We cannot replace items shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your package appears delayed or stalled in transit, please contact our support team and we will help facilitate a carrier investigation.
