Because every Jellykin bag is handmade and made to order, we accept returns and cancellations under the conditions outlined below.

We believe in transparency and want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, your bag has already entered our production queue and materials have been allocated, so cancellations may not always be approved.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Because our products are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Pre-order wait time
  • Color or size preference

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@jellykin.com with your order number and photos of the issue
  2. Our team will assess eligibility within 48 hours
  3. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label
  4. Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged through customer use

Late or Missing Refunds

Processing times vary by bank.
