Welcome! Below are answers to our most commonly asked questions about our handmade, made-to-order Jellykin bags, our production process, shipping timelines, returns, and more.

⭐ 1. Are Jellykin bags handmade?

Yes! Every Jellykin bag is handcrafted and made to order by our artisans.
We do not mass-produce or pre-stock inventory.

Each bag is individually cut, stitched, shaped, and finished — making your Jellykin unique to you.

⭐ 2. How long does production take?

Our current handmade production timeline is:

  • 2–3 weeks for crafting and quality inspection
  • Followed by 3–7 business days for U.S. shipping

Because each bag is custom-made, production cannot be rushed — but we always aim to get your Jellykin to you as quickly as possible.

⭐ 3. Why is there a wait time?

Jellykin operates on a slow fashion, made-to-order model.
This means:

  • No mass production
  • No factory backlog inventory
  • Higher quality craftsmanship
  • Less waste and environmental impact

Your bag is literally made just for you, which is why production takes time.

⭐ 4. When will my order ship?

Your order ships immediately after production is complete.
Shipping times:

  • U.S. Orders: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 7-12 business days
  • International: 7-15 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

⭐ 5. Can I cancel my order?

We offer cancellations within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund.

Because every Jellykin is handmade and materials are allocated quickly, cancellations after 24 hours are not always possible — but we encourage you to email us and we will do our best to assist you.

⭐ 6. Can I change my order (color, size, style)?

Changes can usually be made within 24 hours of purchase.
After production begins, modifications are no longer guaranteed.

Please contact us immediately if you need a change.

7. Can I return my bag?

We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

We do not accept returns for:

  • Pre-order wait time
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference

Because each Jellykin is made to order, we cannot restock handmade bags.

⭐ 8. What should I do if my package is delayed in transit?

Transit delays can happen due to carrier volume, weather, or regional factors.

If your package stops updating or seems stalled, contact our support team and we will help open an investigation with the carrier.

Your package is always insured and we’ll make sure you receive your Jellykin.

⭐ 9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • PayPal (optional)
  • All payments are secured through encrypted SSL checkout.

Jellykin is based in Dallas, Texas, with production partners who specialize in handcrafted artisan bag-making.

All product design, customer support, branding, QA, and U.S. operations are managed in Texas.

⭐ 12. Do you offer tracking numbers?

Yes, tracking numbers are emailed immediately once your order ships.

⭐ 13. Are Jellykin bags vegan or leather?


Jellykin bags are made using premium genuine leather, sourced from certified suppliers.

⭐ 14. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Our bags arrive in premium Jellykin-branded packaging, and you can add gift notes at checkout.

⭐ 15. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

At this time, due to our handcrafted model, Jellykin does not offer wholesale.

⭐ 16. What if I entered the wrong address?

Contact us immediately!
We can update an address only before the order ships.

Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.

⭐ 17. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

⭐ 18. How long do returns/refunds take to process?

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving an approved return.
Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.

⭐ 19. Do you have physical stores?

Not yet! Jellykin currently operates as an online boutique.
We will announce any pop-ups or events through email & Instagram.

⭐ 20. Is there a warranty?

Yes!
We guarantee your Jellykin bag will be free from manufacturing defects.
If there is an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will help immediately.
