How long will my order take to arrive?
In-Stock Items: 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for international
Made-to-Order Items: 2 week production time + 3-5 delivery timeline for domestic and 5-10 business days for international customers.
Are your bags made of genuine leather?
Yes, all of our bags are made with genuine leather and hand-crafted by leather artisans.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for requests made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. A return label will be provided free of charge for domestic customers. International returns will be accepted, however return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount at time of processing.
