Shipping Time (U.S. Orders)

We offer priority shipping on all U.S. orders!
Due to high demand, all items are currently pre-order, with our next ship-out date scheduled for July 14.

You’ll receive email updates with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Need to cancel? Orders can be canceled within 3 days of purchase by emailing us at support@jellykinbags.com.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide!
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Jellykin. If there’s a problem, we’re here to help:

  • Wrong item or damaged on arrival?
    Email us within 3 business days of delivery at support@jellykinbags.com, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

  • Changed your mind?
    Returns for a full refund (minus a $7.95 restocking fee) are accepted within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, and shipped back in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@jellykinbags.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.

  2. You’ll receive a return approval and instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
